Welcome to Kathy Roberts , your trusted homeopath for holistic healing. Please note that a first initial consultation with Kathy must have been completed before booking a follow up in clinic.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please give 24hrs notice. If a consultation is missed or not enough notice given then the consultation will still be charged at the normal rate, as there would not be enough time for me to be able to offer your booked time to someone else. Unfortunately no refunds will be issued for missed appointments.
I completely understand that life can get very busy and you maybe running late, if this happens please just e mail me to let me know. Unfortunately if you are running more than 15mins late for you consultation, this may not give us the opportunity to gather all the information your case deserves, so will need to be re scheduled.
